Whole Wheat Bread Machine Recipe
The secret to making 100% whole wheat bread give the dough an extra knead, which gives the yeast and gluten a second chance to create a lighter loaf. Because of the extra knead, use this recipe only on the regular bake cycle. Some manufacturers produce home bakeries with a whole wheat cycle but if not then when the first knead cycle is completed, simply reset the machine and start again. The following makes a regular sized loaf.
1 cup Water
2 1/2 cups Wheat bread flour
1 1/4 tablespoons Dry milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons Butter
1 1/4 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Gluten
2 teaspoons Molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons Fast-Rise yeast *** OR *** 2 teaspoons Active-Dry yeast
Add the liquid ingredients to the bread machine pan.
Add the dry ingredients (not the yeast) tap the sides of the pan to settle
the dry ingredients some and use your finger to push some into the corners.
Make a well in the center with your finger to add the yeast (remember the
yeast can NEVER touch the wet ingredients when you measure it in!) select
the whole wheat setting on the bread machine and select your crust color
preferences press start!
When the bread has finished baking remove it from the machine and allow
it to cool for about 15 minutes before you slice it.
Pizza Dough Bread Machine Recipe
This is a breeze. Just throw in all the ingredients, set the machine to dough only, push start and leave it.
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water (between 95° and 115° F.)
2 T yeast (2 tablespoons, I like my dough a little yeasty. You can use less)
2 T honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
or try this recipe
1 cup water
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon bread machine quick-acting active dry yeast
2 teaspoons dried herbs (basil, rosemary, oregano, parsley, etc.) (optional)
1 teaspoon yellow cornmeal (optional)
Banana Bread Bread Machine Recipe
Add the following ingredients into the bread machine's baking pan: flour,
sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add oil, eggs, sour cream or yogurt,
and vanilla. Insert pan securely into unit; close lid. Select CAKE setting;
press "Start." When beep sounds after about 5 minutes, add mashed
banana and chopped walnuts.
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 extra-large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup sour cream or plain or vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
Gluten-Free Bread Machine Recipe
Dry ingredients:
2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cup potato starch flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
3 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Liquid ingredients:
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon milk into which 4 tablespoons dry buttermilk has
been dissolved.
First, mix the liquid ingredient together and pour into pan of bread machine. Next, mix all the dry ingredients - except yeast - and spoon over the dry ingredients in the pan. Sprinkle the yeast over the dry ingredients, being careful not to let it touch the side of the pan. Start the machine of the normal bread cycle.

1 c. brown rice flour
1 c. white rice flour
1/4 c. potato flour
3/4 c. tapioca flour
2 tbs. soy flour

2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbs. sugar
1 tbs. plus 2 tsp. yeast
Wet ingredients
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Egg Beaters (or 2 whole eggs)
